This may be a good option for you if you have a little bit more time to wait for your house to be completed. You also must be okay with choosing from a selection of finishes rather than having total control of the design.
The third option is to build a home designed and built to your exact specifications. Then you will research and hire the building team to build your residence from the ground up.
